Shipping Methods

We ship all orders via USPS from our facility in Virginia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free Shipping

Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Delivery Time

• Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after shipment
• Delivery times may vary based on your location and USPS service

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Cookbook Fulfillment

Our cookbook is fulfilled by our printing partner, Lulu Direct. Cookbook orders may ship separately from other items and typically arrive within 10-14 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at ChefSonny@gooderthanamug.com within 7 days and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
