How can any deny the delicious trio of chicken, bacon and ranch? I don't know who fooled around and put those three together but I'm glad they did. It's a something about the three that can strum your soul strings in perfect melody and make smile, dance and hum delightful tunes while your eating. Family, y'all should know how I get down by now though. I had to kick it up a notch. I make my very own ranch or "Greek Ranch". It almost tastes like a tzatziki sauce without the cucumber. Unlike most ranch recipes, I chose not to use mayonnaise and butter milk. Instead, I took the healthier route and substituted those ingredients for plain Greek yogurt and almond milk. It worked out perfectly! This ranch is clean and rich in flavor and complements the burger so damn well!
I used chicken thighs to make the burger patty. Chicken thighs have a higher fat content than breast and generally make a juicier burger. It gave this burger just the taste that I was looking for. It's very important to use partially frozen chicken because you want to make sure that you do not grind the chicken into mush. After you pulse it about 6 to 8 times in your blender or food processor, you want the chicken to have about the same consistency as ground beef.

I wanted to keep this as healthy as possible so I used Dave's Killer Bread Hamburger Buns and paired this baby with some air fryer sweet potato fries. This recipe is definitely a banger! You're gonna love it. Try it for your self and let me know what you did to make it your own!
